Do you offer discounts or promotions? We occasionally run site-wide sales. The best way to catch them is to join our email list (10% off your first order for subscribers). We do not offer random discounts via messages.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing? At this time, we focus on retail customers only and do not offer wholesale accounts.

International Shipping Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary by country (usually 7–21 business days).

Can I ship directly to a friend / gift shipping? Absolutely! During checkout, just select “Ship to a different address” and enter your friend’s details. You can also add a personalized gift message.

Expedited Shipping Expedited options are available for many countries at checkout.

Returns & Refunds 30 days Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
